Speed-adjustable laminating machine: This type of laminator is characterized by fixed pressure and temperature, with adjustable speed. The pressure between the rollers and the molding temperature have already been set at the factory. Users can adjust the molding speed according to their needs. Additionally, there are speed-adjustable laminators with two-level temperature settings. The sealing strength of the certificate is controlled by the plastic sealing speed. In fact, adjusting the speed essentially means changing the molding temperature: a faster speed results in shorter heating time and lower mold temperature; conversely, a slower speed leads to longer heating time and higher mold temperature. Operation of this model should also follow the sequence specified in the process instructions step by step. If the speed is too fast, the document may not receive sufficient heat during the lamination process, leading to poor adhesion. On the other hand, if the speed is too slow, excessive heat will be supplied, causing the sealed document to deform or leak. The pressure of the speed-adjustable laminator also has a certain adjustable range; therefore, please make appropriate fine adjustments as needed, referring to the instruction manual.
