1. During handling, the wrapping machine/packaging machine must not be tilted or subjected to impacts; it must be handled carefully without tilting. When installing the wrapping machine/packaging machine, a reliable grounding device is mandatory. 2. It is strictly forbidden to put your hands under the heating rods to prevent injury. In case of an emergency, immediately cut off the power supply, ventilate the area first before restoring power, and when shutting down, disconnect the power source before turning off the machine itself. 3. The impurity filter should be removed and cleaned regularly (generally every 1-2 months; if the packaging contains a lot of debris, shorten the cleaning interval).
1. During handling, the wrapping machine/packaging machine must not be tilted or subjected to impacts; it must not be tilted when being moved. When installing the wrapping machine/packaging machine, a reliable grounding device is mandatory.
2. Absolutely no hands are allowed to be placed beneath the heating rod to prevent injury. In case of an emergency, immediately cut off the power supply, ventilate the area first before restoring power, and when shutting down, disconnect the power source before turning off the device itself.
3. The impurity filter should be removed and cleaned regularly (generally every 1-2 months; if the filter is clogged with packaging debris, the cleaning interval should be shortened).
4. After working continuously for 2–3 months, open the rear cover (30) and lubricate the sliding parts as well as the switch protrusions. The movable connections on the heating rod should be lubricated according to the operating conditions, using a combination of pressure reduction, filtration, and oil mist lubrication. Item 24 should be checked regularly to ensure that the oil cup contains oil mist and lubricating oil (sewing machine oil), and that the filter cup is free of water.
5. The heating strip and silicone strip must be kept clean and free of any foreign objects, as these could compromise the sealing quality. The two layers of adhesive on the heating rod and beneath the heating plate serve as electrical insulation. If either layer is damaged, it should be replaced promptly to prevent short circuits. Users are responsible for preparing both the air supply and the inflation air source. The working pressure of the film-sealing machine/packaging machine has already been set at 0.3 MPa, which is quite suitable. Unless there are special circumstances, avoid making excessive adjustments.
6. The cigarette wrapping machine/packaging machine should be operated in an environment with a temperature ranging from -10℃ to 50℃, a relative humidity no greater than 85%, and free of corrosive gases, dust, and explosive substances in the surrounding air. Like the wrapping machine/packaging machine and the shrink-wrapper, this wrapping machine/packaging machine requires a three-phase 380V power supply.
7. To ensure the proper operation of the vacuum pump in the coating machine/packaging machine, the vacuum pump motor must not be reversed. The position of the coating machine/packaging machine should be checked regularly. The normal oil level should be between 1/2 and 3/4 of the oil window (but not exceeding this range). If water is found inside the vacuum pump or if the oil turns black, the oil should be replaced immediately. (Generally, the oil should be changed every one to two months of continuous operation; alternatively, #1 vacuum gasoline, #30 gasoline, or engine oil can also be used.)
The stretch band for film wrappers/packaging machines is an industrial belt used in film wrappers/packaging machines to drive the machinery.
1. The film-drawing belt of the wrapping machine/packaging machine should be kept clean between the belt and the pulley, and must not be contaminated with oil or water.
2. Do not apply grease or other chemicals to the film strips of the wrapping machine/packaging machine.
4. The temperature and atmosphere of the belt should be between -40°C and -120°C.
5. When storing, prevent mechanical damage and avoid excessive bending or compression of the belt.
6. During storage, the warehouse temperature should be maintained between -15°C and 40°C, and the relative humidity should be kept between 50% and 80%.
7. When reinstalling the belt, check the transmission system to ensure that the transmission shaft is perpendicular to the drive pulley and that the transmission shaft is parallel.

A Brief Discussion on the Second Reason for Insecure Sealing in Packaging Machines
The inability to seal properly is also related to the quality of the heat-sealing film. If the corona treatment on the composite liner is uneven and ineffective, and happens to occur precisely at the sealing area, the seal will definitely fail. Although this situation is rare, once it occurs, the product is inevitably scrapped. Therefore, in the color-printed packaging industry, this is a problem that must be addressed by the next stage...
