1. Regularly clean the 3D packaging machine to keep its exterior neat and tidy, preventing external dust and debris from entering through the feed opening and contaminating the packaged items.

2. Be sure to carefully inspect the transparent film. 3D Check the connectors of the packaging machine to ensure they are securely connected and that all parts are in good working condition. If you notice any abnormalities, immediately stop the machine, disconnect the power supply, and promptly notify maintenance personnel to come and inspect and repair it.

3. Regularly inspect the cylinder’s transmission components and sensors to ensure smooth cylinder movement and that the sensors remain consistently in the same plane and on the same straight line. If the sensors result in poor accuracy or inflexibility, they should be repaired or replaced promptly.
