First, the operator needs to turn on the power and independently adjust the width and height settings. Once these adjustments are complete, the operator presses the start button. After the program starts, the carton travels along a conveyor track driven by belts on both sides. At this point, the carton-folding and sealing mechanism located on the upper side of the machine is activated, completing the entire folding and sealing process in one step. When the size of the carton changes, the fully automatic machine automatically repositions itself, folds the top flap automatically, and adjusts the conveying speed accordingly—all without requiring manual supervision. This makes it ideal for integration with fully automated production lines.

Next, after employees turn on the power, the machine starts operating, and the water tank automatically rises to a height where it can be picked up by an electric suction cup. As the motor runs, the box-folding mechanism uses the suction cup to lift the cardboard sheet into position above the grinding tool. Then, a robotic arm presses and punches holes in the cardboard sheet at the precise location of the grinding tool. At this point, the carton is already largely shaped. Finally, the robotic arm securely fastens the side flaps of the carton, and a paper cover locks the cardboard in place—thus forming the carton without the need for tape or hot glue. Lastly, the cardboard is folded into the final carton shape. Once folding is complete, the finished carton is manually placed directly into the packaging box.
