There are two ways in which the guiding roller receives heat: internal thermal conduction and external thermal radiation. Generally, the former method is used for main machines and circulating units, while the latter is more commonly employed in smaller models. This heated pressure roller technology is advanced; because heating and pressing occur synchronously during the processing, it effectively eliminates air bubbles in sealed items. Moreover, the cooling and leveling steps enhance the visual appeal of the sealed products. Currently, domestic production of plastic packaging machines is constrained by limitations in technology, processes, and materials, so few manufacturers adopt this advanced technology. However, this technology has been adopted by the Deli series of plastic packaging machines produced by the Mechanical Technology Division of the Beijing Sports & General Goods Industry Joint Corporation.
