Under conditions of constant pressure and speed, if the temperature fluctuates unpredictably, the sealing will be unreliable. At excessively high temperatures, deformation and glue overflow may occur. Excessive pressure between the胶 rollers can easily lead to glue overflow. If repeated adjustments to the temperature still fail to meet the requirements for plastic packaging, generally speaking, the sealing machine’s pressure has a certain adjustable range. Please refer to the product instructions, remove the cover, and make appropriate fine adjustments to achieve optimal plastic packaging conditions.
If the laminator operates too fast, insufficient heat during the sealing process may result in slow glue separation. Conversely, excessive heat can cause deformation of the sealed certificate and glue overflow. Adjustable-speed laminators also have a certain adjustable pressure range. If necessary, refer to the manual for appropriate fine-tuning. Environmental influences on plastic packaging: The preheating and stabilization time of the laminator is affected by the ambient temperature. When the ambient temperature is higher, the sealing temperature can quickly reach equilibrium and stability; however, when the ambient temperature is lower, heat dissipates more rapidly, and it takes longer for the sealing temperature to achieve equilibrium and stability.
If the setting temperature is too low during sealing, the seal will be incomplete. However, if the temperature is too high, the film may wrinkle due to overheating, and the plastic packaging film could even get caught in the machine. When using a sealing machine, be sure to set the appropriate temperature according to the type of film being used and the specifications of the plastic packaging documents.
It is strictly prohibited to start sealing immediately after the sealing machine’s temperature display just reaches the sealing temperature. This is because at this point, the machine’s rubber rollers have not yet reached thermal equilibrium and become stable, even though the local temperature near the temperature-sensing point may already have reached the sealing temperature. In general, the preheating stabilization time should not be shorter than... 20 minutes. The design specifications for the operating environment of the plastic packaging machine are a temperature range of 5 to 40°C, relative humidity no greater than 80%, and the absence of corrosive gases. Therefore, the plastic packaging machine can operate normally under typical seasonal and climatic conditions without affecting the quality of plastic packaging.
